When Did It Begin?
Rashtriya Sewa Bharati launched Kishori Vikas Kendras in 2015 to support the holistic development of adolescent girls. Since then, the initiative has continued to reach girls through regular activities, personality development camps, school workshops, and awareness programmes.
Where Does the Initiative Reach?
Today, 1,068 Kishori Vikas projects are active across 32 prants. The initiative has shown encouraging results in cities such as Hyderabad, Kalaburagi, Pune, Solapur, Bhopal, Indore, and Meerut, among others.
Where dedicated Kendras can be established, regular programmes are organised. In other areas, girls are reached through camps, school lectures, workshops, counselling, and awareness sessions.
