The Seva Bharati team of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh organised a blood donation camp at the community health centre in Chauth ka Barwara, Sawai Madhopur, on Wednesday. Young people took part and 21 units of blood were collected.
Volunteers also told relatives of patients visiting the hospital about the importance of blood donation and urged every healthy person to donate. Seva Bharati office-bearers said such a camp is held every year under the Sangh; this time it took place after a gap of a few months because of the coronavirus. A team from Sawai Madhopur General Hospital screened all donors.
