About This Event
Seva Bharati Madhya Bharat successfully organised a self-defence training programme for the girls of the Nirmala Sagdev Vanvasi Balika Chhatravas, which it runs in Arera Colony, Bhopal.
The aim of the training was to make the girls confident, alert and safe. The trainers taught them a range of techniques and precautions, and practical skills for protecting themselves in emergency situations. The girls took part enthusiastically and learnt new skills during the programme.
