First Prashikshan Varg ‘Disha’ of the Third Group of Sw. Suryanarayan Rao Sewa Karyakarta Vikas Yojana
With the objective of the multifaceted development of its Karyakartas and the enhancement of their management capabilities, Rashtriya Sewa Bharati organised the first Prashikshan Varg, ‘Disha’, of the third group of Swargiya Suryanarayan Rao Sewa Karyakarta Vikas Yojana in Bhubaneswar from 23 to 26 August 2026, during the month of Shravan, Vikram Samvat 2082.
A total of 30 selected Vikas Yatris (6 women and 24 men) participated in the Prashikshan Varg and received training on various subjects.
The Varg was graced by the presence of Akhil Bharatiya Sewa Pramukh Parag Abhyankar, Rashtriya Sangathan Mantri Sudhir Kumar, Vice-President of Rashtriya Sewa Bharati Smt. Amita Jain, Joint General Secretary Vijay Puranik, Trustee of Rashtriya Sewa Bharati Shri Manoj Chatterjee, and Mantri Shri Ramendra Singh.
The programme was also attended by the Chief Guest, Dr. Sharad Kumar Acharya, former Kshetra Sewa Pramukh Shri Deepak, Odisha Purva Prant Sewa Pramukh Shri Shantanu, Sewa Bharati President Shri Manoranjan Sah, President of Utkal Vipanna Sahayata Samiti Shri Abhay, along with 14 Sahayogi Karyakartas and Palak Adhikaris.
This Prashikshan Varg was an important initiative towards developing leadership abilities, management skills, organisational perspective, and the capacity for effective implementation of Sewa activities among Karyakartas.
